Spring Garden Fair began as the Spring Fling Fuchsia sale in the main pavilion of the Clackamas County Fairgrounds in 1984. The purpose was to raise money for a scholarship program at Clackamas Community College. By year two the name had been changed to Spring Garden Fair and we were off and running! We have seen many changes over the years. Take a look at our living history.
